Job Role:

As a Client Service Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to manage and execute seamless client service delivery. Your duties will encompass scheduling and dispatching skilled technicians for installations, maintenance, inspections, and emergency services.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and dispatch skilled technicians for various service types
  • Coordinate with clients to confirm service appointments and access requirements
  • Maintain accurate records of service calls, technician schedules, and customer interactions within the system
  • Track open service tickets and ensure timely resolution
  • Support the preparation of service reports, quotations, and invoices
  • Liaise with the procurement team for necessary tools, parts, and equipment required for service jobs
  • Monitor compliance with safety standards during service execution
  • Handle customer complaints or escalations professionally and promptly
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly service performance reports for management
