Job Description:

The Security Program Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing a world-class security program for transportation networks. This program will ensure that customers receive their purchases on time and at the best possible cost.

Our ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, a thorough understanding of central state security issues, and the ability to implement and ensure compliance with company policies and industry requirements.

Responsibilities include:

  • Performing risk assessments of site operations models and framing mitigating measures
  • Partnering with delivery center operations teams to execute company security policies and provide security services
  • Completing and/or coordinating final test and acceptance of site security systems
  • Establishing and implementing effective procedures and prevention programs to reduce losses and pilferage
  • Performing frequent site security audits and implementing solutions to eliminate exposure to identified risks
Requirements:
  • University degree or higher qualification
  • Minimum 5 years relevant work experience in law enforcement agencies, armed forces, or para-military forces
  • 10 years of experience in supply chain security, including management of third-party logistics providers, loss prevention, risk management, investigations, or similar fields
