Job Description:

As a Production Planning and Quality Management expert, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing solutions that meet the specific needs of our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other business processes and optimize manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and configure SAP PP (Production Planning) and SAP QM (Quality Management) solutions tailored to client requirements
  • Analyze existing business processes and implement improvements using SAP PP and QM functionalities
  • Lead the implementation of SAP PP and QM modules, from gathering requirements and system design to configuration, testing, and post-implementation support
  • Configure and manage SAP QM processes for quality inspections, quality certificates, quality planning, and defect management
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong hands-on experience with SAP PP (Production Planning) and SAP QM (Quality Management) modules
  • In-depth understanding of production planning processes, MRP, production order processing, capacity planning, and shop floor control within the SAP PP module
  • Proficient in SAP QM functionalities like quality inspection, quality planning, defect management, and integration with other modules such as SAP MM and SD
  • Ability to conduct system testing, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing support for SAP PPQM functionalities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to diagnose issues, provide solutions, and optimize processes within SAP PPQM
