Lead Therapist Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of child development, therapy planning, and effective communication with parents and team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders using standardized tools and clinical assessments.
  • Administer appropriate standardized tests and evaluation tools.
  • Prepare detailed assessment reports for each child.
  • Design individualized intervention plans and monthly goal plans.
  • Revise goals regularly based on each child's progress.
  • Ensure consistent parental engagement and build trust for continued therapy participation.
  • Conduct monthly progress reviews with parents and obtain feedback.
  • Maintain comprehensive session notes, attendance sheets, and other required documentation.
  • Build effective working relationships with colleagues and reporting managers.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to collaborative care planning.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Audiology & Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience preferred; freshers with strong clinical training welcome.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Child-centric approach to therapy.
  • Proficiency with therapy tools and online systems.
