Logistics Coordinator Opportunity">

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end last mile delivery operations within the hub, ensuring timely deliveries and optimized routes.

">Key Responsibilities:">
  • Manage daily logistics activities to ensure seamless delivery of packages, including planning, coordination, and execution.
">Team Management:">
  • Lead and manage a team of delivery coordinators, providing guidance and support to ensure performance standards are met.
  • Resolve team issues and conflicts, and provide continuous feedback for improvement.
">Cash Handling & Reconciliation:">
  • Oversee cash handling operations, ensuring accurate reconciliation of cash collected during deliveries.
">Performance Monitoring & Reporting:">
  • Track, monitor, and report on key metrics such as daily, weekly, and monthly delivery performance, return to origin (RTO), and other KPIs.
  • Implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
">Required Skills & Qualifications:">
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in logistics, with a focus on last-mile delivery operations.
  • Prior experience in managing teams and cash reconciliation.
  • Strong knowledge of route planning and optimization techniques.
  • Hands-on experience with daily, weekly, and monthly reporting of logistics metrics.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
