Job Overview

  • Provide exceptional client service via phone, email and online chat.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of IB's global product offerings.
  • Assist clients with account opening and funding processes.
  • Showcase features of the Trader Workstation to enhance client experience.
  • Explain margin requirements to ensure client understanding.
  • Investigate trade issues and execute orders efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Required: 2 years of experience in trading or brokerage services.
  • Necessary Education: Bachelor's degree.
  • Preferred certifications: NCFM/NISM in capital markets, derivatives and currency derivatives.
  • High level of Excel proficiency required.
  • Fluent English language skills necessary.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
