Global Financial Market Specialist

The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical and technical aptitude, enabling them to troubleshoot and explain complex financial subjects. They should be able to identify opportunities for technology-based improvements in global markets.

Responsibilities:
  • Respond to retail and professional clients inquiries via inbound calls, email, and online chat, providing high-quality customer service.
  • Obtain a thorough knowledge of products offered by various global exchanges.
  • Assist clients with opening and funding accounts, ensuring seamless account management.
  • Show clients how to utilize different features of the Trader Workstation, streamlining their trading experience.
  • Explain margin requirements to clients, highlighting key considerations for effective risk management.
  • Investigate trade issues and order executions, delivering accurate and timely resolutions.
  • Demonstrate expertise in securities regulations, navigating the complexities of global financial markets.
Qualifications:
  • Education: University degree (Post Graduation/Bachelors) required, preferably in a relevant field such as finance or economics.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, facilitating clear and concise interactions with clients.
  • Good quantitative/analytical skills, with proficiency in MS Excel and other financial software.
  • A high level of enthusiasm and energy, with a positive attitude towards learning about global financial markets.
