Job Overview: Booking Consultant

The Booking Consultant will be responsible for developing strong relationships with clients and driving revenue growth within their designated region. This role requires a high level of customer service, ensuring seamless delivery of tailored solutions that meet the specific needs of each client.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales & Client Service Delivery
    • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients through excellent communication skills.
    • Understand client requirements and provide innovative solutions to drive business growth.
    • Conduct regular calls to clients to understand emerging needs and address any issues promptly.
  • Day-to-Day Sales Operations
    • Perform daily sales activities, including booking shifts for nurses, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
    • Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement to optimize sales operations.
  • Accountability for Hours Booked
    • Meet targets for booked hours on a day-to-day basis, adapting to changing demands as needed.
    • Maintain accurate records of booked hours and report on performance regularly.
  • KPI Support Delivery
    • Drive sales activities, such as making call numbers and booking hours, to meet KPIs and align with company objectives.
    • Provide regular updates and insights to inform performance improvements.
  • Operations Management
    • Efficiently manage sales processes and systems to ensure optimal results.
    • Regularly review and optimize processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Building Relationships with Stakeholders
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across various departments.
    • Leverage these relationships to support business objectives and drive growth.
  • Collaborative Coordination
    • Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and support in meeting client needs and company objectives.
  • Client Satisfaction and Improvement
    • Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through excellent service delivery.
    • Utilize feedback to continuously improve service offerings.
  • Team Support and Collaboration
    • Support and collaborate with team members to achieve collective goals and contribute to overall success.

    Requirements:
    • Excellent verbal communication and written skills to articulate ideas effectively.
    • Proven track record of creating and executing sales plans to drive revenue growth.
    • A minimum of 1 year of experience handling international client interactions.
    • Strong sales and client relationship management skills to build long-term client relationships.
    • Ability to work in rotational shifts, adapting to various time zones and operational demands.
