As an IT Director, Product Management at TaskUs, you will play a crucial role in driving company value and performance by designing and managing an innovation roadmap for various software product lines. These product lines focus on internal innovation and client value, leveraging our world-class employee culture and automating key business accelerators.

The successful candidate will take responsibility for working with internal stakeholders and client-facing leaders to manage and prioritize features for one of our key global software platforms. They will collaborate cross-functionally across IT, Engineering, and business teams, leveraging the TaskUs cultural values to create a unified product vision and sustainable strategies for success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Relationship & Stakeholder Management: Establish and maintain executive business relationships globally, conduct product briefings, and negotiate expectations.
  • Prioritization: Apply MOSCOW, RICE, and KANO methods to score and prioritize products with sponsors, balancing opinions from diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Needs and Value Assessment: Conduct user field research, gather stakeholder requirements, and assess gap-fits to inform user experience design.
  • Product Delivery: Partner with teams to ensure product commitments are met, providing support for scrum masters, analysts, project managers, and developers.
  • Results: Drive small, quick wins, operate with agility, measure, and report on business value and impact.
  • Communicate product status and challenges to upper management, navigating matrixed partnerships and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Continuous Improvement: Define and measure performance ruthlessly, identify opportunities for improvement, set expectations, and monitor team dynamics.

Required Qualifications:

  • 15 years of related business experience.
  • 12 years of software development, design, and product management experience.
  • At least 10 years of leadership experience in a global business environment.
  • Experience leading multiple product teams delivering quality projects on time with broad scope and business impact.
  • Passionate about creating intuitive user experiences, with a strong eye for usability and quality design.
  • Comfortable working with engineering leadership to prioritize and understand technical complexities.
  • Analytical skills, including experiment design, statistical analysis, and multivariate testing.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with ability to manage multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Diplomatic and adaptive, with ability to navigate tough conversations and adapt to shifts in priorities.

Estimated Salary: $180,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location.
