
Senior IT Leadership Position

We are seeking a dynamic and seasoned professional to lead our IT Services and Consulting entity. This critical leadership position is key for driving revenue growth, expanding global presence, and enhancing business development, pre-sales, and client management efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Visionary: Develop and execute the software services strategy aligned with the organization's 3-5 year growth plan.
- Revenue Acceleration: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase revenue streams, develop pricing strategies, and service offerings that meet market demand and profitability targets.
- Talent Development: Plan and execute headcount growth strategies to support business expansion, collaborate with HR to attract, recruit, and retain top talent in the IT services sector, and build and mentor high-performing cross-functional global teams.
- Delivery Excellence: Lead global delivery operations with a focus on agile execution, cost optimization, and customer satisfaction, establish and monitor KPIs around productivity, quality, and time-to-market, and drive platform engineering and reusable IP assets across engagements.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 20 years of experience in IT services and consulting, with at least 8-10 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of driving revenue and headcount growth.
