Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a meticulous and streamlined administrative service
  • Manage data entry, cleansing, and quality control of client and business partner information
  • Execute submission logging duties with precision and achieve a seamless month-end close process
  • Maintain policy data, implement robust quality controls, and foster collaboration across teams
  • Process daily transactions as per targets set by the process
  • Manage change effectively and proactively within the team
  • Follow all organizational policies
  • Participate in divisional and organizational activities and initiatives
  • Ensure timely reporting as required
  • Liaise with other departments as necessary
