Job Overview

As a seasoned Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expertise in functional areas of work with a minimum of 3 years in Oracle Cloud in Absence, OTL, and other modules.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality implementation projects by collaborating with clients to identify gaps and propose potential workarounds.
  • Estimate work for Vanilla implementation, Personalizations/work-arounds, Reports/integrations/enhancements needed, and provide client presentations and demos.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of client requirements, industry best practices, and the nuances of new releases and features.
  • Take ownership of project delivery, customer relationships, mentoring, quality tracking, and team feedback.
  • Ensure effective communication with internal stakeholders, clients, and subject matter experts.

Additional Requirements

  • Conduct training and knowledge sharing sessions in Fusion applications.
  • Exhibit excellent analytical and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrate a good command over spoken and written English.
  • Manage scope and customer expectations effectively.
