The successful candidate will oversee a team of 5 Procurement specialists, primarily responsible for Purchase Request (PR) preparation and Purchase Order (PO) management as part of the broader procurement operations.

  • Lead end-to-end Purchase Request creation, validation, and submission as per client procurement guidelines.
  • Manage Purchase Order (PO) lifecycle, including creation, amendments, follow-ups, and closure in the ERP system.
  • Ensure high-quality, timely, and compliant execution of tasks assigned to the team.
Key Responsibilities:

Drive productivity, adherence to standard processes, and accuracy in deliverables. Act as the primary interface with the client for PR and PO-related matters. Conduct regular operational reviews and governance meetings. Ensure proactive communication, issue resolution, and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

We seek highly motivated individuals who possess:
- A bachelor's degree in business, finance, supply chain or related field.
- Relevant years of experience in P2P or procurement operations, with at least 2 years in a team leadership or managerial role.
- Hands-on experience in Purchase Requisition and Purchase Order management.
- Prior exposure to Oracle ERP (EBS, Fusion, or Cloud) is essential.
