We seek an experienced Financial Services Account Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with our clients. This is a unique opportunity for a results-driven professional who can drive customer engagement, renewals, and upsell opportunities.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and align on client needs
- Advise clients on integrating AI insights into investment workflows, leveraging expertise in financial modeling and market analysis
- Use analytics and data-driven insights to improve adoption and reduce churn
- Capture feedback to inform product development and ensure continuous improvement
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Master's degree from a top-tier institution (mandatory)
- 2+ years of post-graduate experience in financial services, consulting, or fintech
- Proven track record of successful account management and stakeholder relationship building
- Strong analytical skills, with ability to interpret complex data and drive business outcomes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders
