Financial Services Account Manager Role

We seek an experienced Financial Services Account Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with our clients. This is a unique opportunity for a results-driven professional who can drive customer engagement, renewals, and upsell opportunities.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop and execute strategies to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and align on client needs
    • Advise clients on integrating AI insights into investment workflows, leveraging expertise in financial modeling and market analysis
    • Use analytics and data-driven insights to improve adoption and reduce churn
    • Capture feedback to inform product development and ensure continuous improvement

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Master's degree from a top-tier institution (mandatory)
  • 2+ years of post-graduate experience in financial services, consulting, or fintech
  • Proven track record of successful account management and stakeholder relationship building
  • Strong analytical skills, with ability to interpret complex data and drive business outcomes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders
