Job Title: Property Asset Acquisition Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled property acquisition professional to identify and acquire suitable commercial retail properties for new store locations in their region. This role involves managing retail property searches, coordinating with key partners such as property developers, landlords, project consultants, and property brokers.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Retail property search management and coordination
  • Location analysis and negotiations for new property acquisitions
  • Liaising with legal due diligence and paperwork involved in signing and acquiring
  • Coordination with various departments until store launch
  • Pipeline development and maintenance of growth opportunities
