Job Title: Retail Space Manager

As the Retail Space Manager, you play a key part in driving business growth and customer satisfaction. You will lead the retail team and contribute to delivering exceptional store experiences by creating and executing regional plans for commercial upgrades of retail spaces across the portfolio.

You are responsible for securing project management of key city projects together with the region and sales market, ensuring effective and efficient execution. Your role also includes talent management, identifying and developing talents to build diverse teams.

  • Co-create vision for retail space in your region, based on global strategic direction.
  • Work closely with regional Expansion management team as well as regional Sales, Store Design, Tech Operations teams to ensure that the retail space plan is based on customer behavior in all channels in your region.
  • Have full overview of commercial initiatives in pipeline in your region, and act as link between global Retail and regional Expansion teams to ensure projects are executed effectively and efficiently.
