The Role

We're seeking a talented Retail Concept Designer with exceptional creative energy and a strong conceptual mindset. This role focuses on designing physical retail stores, requiring a portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and creativity in spatial retail design.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop original retail design concepts from brand immersion to spatial storytelling.
  • Translate strategy into engaging, multi-sensory retail environments balancing aesthetics and functionality.
  • Presentation of creative concepts clearly and persuasively to internal teams and clients.
  • Mentor junior designers on design intent and creative execution.
  • Collaborate with graphic, visual merchandising, and technical teams to ensure holistic delivery of the vision.
Requirements

A successful candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
  • 7-10 years of experience in original retail concept design roles.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity in spatial retail design.
  • Skilled in 3D visualization, space planning, and storytelling through design.
  • Confident communicator, able to present and defend design rationale.
