Job Title: Risk Management Lead

    We are seeking an experienced Risk Management professional to enhance our organization's operational resilience. This role is responsible for identifying risks, maintaining a comprehensive risk register, evaluating the effectiveness of mitigation plans, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Risk Identification & Register Maintenance:

    Identify potential risks across operations and projects, and maintain a detailed risk register with severity, likelihood, and mitigation strategies. Monitor and evaluate risk plans to ensure adaptability and efficiency.

  • Conduct Investigations & Assessments:

    Perform in-depth analysis to uncover vulnerabilities and use findings to shape robust risk mitigation strategies. Develop contingency plans to minimize impact from unforeseen events and ensure preparedness and control.

  • Reporting & Stakeholder Communication:

    Prepare clear, concise reports on risk processes and outcomes, and engage stakeholders in informed decision-making.

    Key Success Factors include proactive risk identification, detailed assessments, adaptive planning, strong contingency strategies, clear communication, and regulatory compliance.

  • Qualifications & Experience:

    The ideal candidate will have a CA or MBA degree with 5–10 years of experience. A PMP Certification is desirable. Experience in plant/manufacturing environments, defense business exposure, and SAP environment (preferred) is beneficial.
