Senior Product Manager - Identity Resilience
Location: Bangalore 

About the Team:

The Identity Resilience team is Rubrik's fastest-growing business, laser-focused on solving the most critical identity security challenges facing enterprises today. We are a "0-to-1" team, empowering Product Managers to be central leaders who own the entire product lifecycle, from strategic vision to hands-on execution. You'll be in the room with customers, guiding engineering on technical trade-offs, and leading the go-to-market plan.

About the Role:

As a Senior Product Manager, Identity Resilience, you will drive the end-to-end strategy and execution for Rubrik's Hybrid Identity Protection offering. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of identity resilience by ensuring our customers' identity services are secure, compliant, and resilient. You will partner with engineering, design, and sales, working directly with customers to validate pain points and bring a differentiated, market-leading solution to life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the product roadmap for enterprise identity protection, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business objectives.
  • Lead the development of security and protection features for workforce and customer identity platforms.
  • Drive product adoption and engagement by deeply understanding enterprise customers' security pain points and requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to deliver on the product roadmap.
  • Own the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and discovery to launch and ongoing iteration.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, identity security best practices, and compliance frameworks.
  • Define key success metrics and use a data-driven approach for all product decisions.
  • Serve as the internal and external subject matter expert on enterprise identity security and protection.

Required Skills:

  • 8+ years of experience in Product Management for B2B enterprise software, preferably with products in cybersecurity, identity management (IAM, PAM, IGA) or cloud infrastructure space.
  • Proven ability to thrive in ambiguous environments, demonstrating a strong capacity to distill complex, unstructured problems into clear, actionable steps.
  • Track record of success collaborating with technical teams and translating complex concepts into user-friendly solutions.
  • Demonstrated capability in taking products from concept ("0 to 1") to achieving product-market fit and managing continuous iteration.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience working with enterprise customers pre- and post-sales to identify and solve their business needs.
  • Must be based in Bengaluru and able to collaborate with teams in a hybrid work environment.
