Job Title: Vice President - Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) Implementation

We are seeking a highly skilled Vice President to lead the implementation of the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) across our organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful adoption and integration of DORA into our business operations.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management, change management, and operational resilience. You will possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a large team of individuals to achieve our objectives.

In this role, you will work closely with our stakeholders to define and implement DORA governance, roles, and responsibilities. You will also manage the transformation required for DORA implementation, including scoping, gap analysis, remediation, and coordination with our IT clusters.

You will ensure that all artefacts of the project are well-managed, including requirements, approach, gap analysis, deliverables, roadmap, and alignment with our leadership team. Additionally, you will identify, on-board, and manage key stakeholders, as well as identify, resolve, and escalate project risks, issues, and dependencies.

Your expertise will also include determining key performance indicators and dashboards, good communication, and managing the change process within the scope of the project. You will provide regular management reporting on project progress, identifying issues for management attention and resolution at the earliest opportunity.

">Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Project Management Experience: At least 15 years of experience in a large project management role, with a strong track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Change Management: Proven experience in change management activities, with the ability to develop and implement effective change management strategies.
  • Operational Resilience: Strong knowledge of operational resilience principles and practices, including the EU Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA).
  • Cyber Resilience: Good knowledge of cyber resilience principles and practices, including risk management and mitigation strategies.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to facilitate meetings and workshops at all seniority levels, internally and externally.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a large team of individuals to achieve our objectives.
