Credit Analyst Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Credit Analyst to join our team and strengthen credit capabilities.

  • This position involves analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing recommendations to support lending decisions.

The ideal candidate will have 3–7 years of relevant experience in credit analysis, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Responsibilities and Requirements:
  • Draft clear credit memos for transactions, prepare loan term sheets, and conduct financial analysis to support underwriting decisions.
  • Assist in identifying risks, provide recommendations to mitigate them, and collaborate with the lending team to ensure timely deal execution.
  • Maintain attention to detail while working across multiple transactions simultaneously.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 3–7 years of credit analysis/underwriting experience with financial institutions, lenders, or investment managers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solid foundation in credit fundamentals.
  • Excellent writing skills and ability to prepare professional reports and memos.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools.
  • Exposure to real estate debt is highly preferred.
