Chief Technology Officer

About Our Mission:

We are a stealth-mode startup building automation for homecare delivery from first principles to solve healthcare's most complex problems.

Your Role:
  • Hands-on CTO with expertise in building scalable systems, generative AI, DevOps and AIOps to drive our technology vision and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and build core systems powering homecare delivery.
  • Develop and deploy AI/GenAI pipelines for automation, decision support, and caregiver workflows.
  • Owning the lifecycle of large language models—fine-tuning, deployment, monitoring, and scaling in production.
  • Identifying high-impact opportunities for AI-driven automation across workflows.
  • Ensuring systems meet HIPAA, SOC-2, and DPDP standards.
  • Remain deeply technical, contributing to code, architecture, and experimentation.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of software engineering experience with strong exposure to AI/ML in production.
  • Proven expertise in GenAI, LLMOps, and large-scale model deployment.
  • Strong skills in Python, FastAPI, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and cloud-native infrastructure (GCP/AWS).
  • Experience building end-to-end AI systems including data pipelines, training, inference, and monitoring.
  • Knowledge of data security, compliance frameworks, and scalable system design.
  • Execution-first mindset comfortable iterating quickly while building toward long-term scalability.
  • Past experience as a CTO or Founding Engineer at a startup is mandatory.
