Product Manager Job Description

At Mitratech, we are seeking a skilled Product Manager to join our team. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing an integrated product strategy across multiple market segments and geography. Your key responsibilities will include defining milestones to achieve a roadmap, partnering with peer product managers to execute a roadmap, and driving conversations with multiple stakeholders to logical agreement around product direction, messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute an integrated product strategy across multiple market segments and geography
  • Define milestones to achieve a roadmap
  • Partner with peer product managers to execute a roadmap
  • Drive conversations with multiple stakeholders to logical agreement around product direction, messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies
  • Develop strategies for clients where there is a mix of deployment approaches (on-premise, hosted, SaaS)
  • Present/demonstrate to customers, prospects, peers, and leadership
  • Collaborate closely with the US Product Management team members to ensure alignment on product strategy
  • Interact with a global customer base for project discovery, client working groups, validation of customer adoption, and success
  • Develop product/project metrics and a means to measure success from a financial and end-use perspective

Requirements:
  • At least 3-5 years of product management experience (B2B preferred)
  • Familiar with common development and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, and Aha (not mandatory)
  • Methodologies for prioritization
  • Track record of successfully developing and launching (or evolving) products
  • Understands the economics of products
  • Strong project management skills; document, socialize, and archive product artifacts
  • Familiar with platform product strategy, packaging, and development execution (not mandatory)
  • Exposure to integrating acquired product lines into a business and developing strategies for them to align (not mandatory)
  • Ability to communicate across functional teams with different 'languages'
  • Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills with an emphasis on user-centered discovery and production definition experience
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance/workflows in various aspects of GRC, such as health and safety or audit or incident management (not mandatory)
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
