Network Engineer Role

This key role is for a Network Engineer to deliver remote support with various clients to implement and support Cisco-based networks. Your initial project involves a full-time position with one of our clients managing Cisco network devices and providing support for the client's follow the sun model.

Key responsibilities include implementing, troubleshooting, and documenting enterprise networks and related systems, as well as providing knowledge transfer and informal training to clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) level expertise in Enterprise Infrastructure is required, preferably with experience in wireless network infrastructure implementation.
  • Demonstrable experience in the implementation, troubleshooting, and support of large enterprise networks is necessary.
  • A good understanding and practical experience with routing protocols such as EIGRP, OSPF, and BGP are essential.
  • Knowledge of switching technologies such as Spanning tree, EtherChannel, Port Security, 802.1X, MAB, and Meraki wireless network infrastructure is also required.
