Quality Assurance Manager

We are seeking a skilled Quality Control Supervisor to oversee the quality control process of Pre-Engineered Steel Building Systems. The ideal candidate will lead a team of quality control inspectors, ensuring all products meet the required standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify and address any quality issues.
- Provide training and guidance to junior staff members.
Requirements
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in a similar role or industry.
- Proven leadership and quality control skills.
- Fair knowledge of QC tools and their utilization.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in the PEB/Structural Steel/Welding/Painting/Manufacturing industry.
- Knowledge of local and international quality standards.
