Lead Quality Assurance Manager\

Job Description:
- We are seeking an experienced and certified Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) to lead our Quality function, responsible for developing and managing a robust Quality Management System (QMS) aligned with DGCA regulations and international aviation standards.
- This leadership role is critical in ensuring the safety, reliability, and regulatory compliance of all maintenance operations across our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Quality Management System (QMS):
- Design, implement, and continuously enhance the QMS in accordance with DGCA and ICAO standards.
- Ensure organizational adherence to quality procedures, policies, and performance metrics.
- Regulatory Compliance:
- Act as the primary liaison with the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA).
- Ensure ongoing compliance with CAR 145, CAR M, and all relevant civil aviation regulations.
- Audits & Inspections:
- Plan, lead, and manage internal and external audits, regulatory inspections, and compliance assessments.
- Identify non-conformances and drive the execution of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).

Reporting & Performance Monitoring:
- Generate and present regular reports on quality metrics, audit findings, compliance gaps, and risk trends to senior leadership.
- Maintain high standards of documentation, traceability, and regulatory recordkeeping.

Leadership & Team Development:
- Lead and mentor a team of Quality Assurance professionals.
- Promote a strong quality and safety culture through training, development, and performance management.

Documentation & Record Control:
- Oversee all quality-related documentation, including audit records, regulatory filings, inspection reports, and maintenance logs.
- Ensure document control processes are maintained as per CAR and company standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Valid DGCA-issued AME License (B1 or B2).
- Minimum 10 years of experience in aviation quality assurance and aircraft maintenance operations.
- In-depth knowledge of CAR 145, CAR M, and relevant aviation compliance standards.
- Proven experience in managing audits, regulatory compliance, and certification activities.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
