Job Title : QA ManagerExp : 10+ YearsLocation : Chennai Notice Period : Immediate to 30 DaysJob Overview: The QA Manager is responsible for defining and overseeing quality assurance standards and practices to ensure the delivery of high-quality products. This includes leading a team of QA engineers, managing test plans, automation strategies, and collaborating across teams to uphold product excellence. Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage QA team members, fostering growth and accountability.
Define QA strategy, approach, and execution in all projects. Drive test planning, test case development, and automation efforts. Collaborate with development, product, and operations teams.
Manage and report quality metrics, ensuring continuous improvement. Ensure adherence to timelines, quality objectives, and compliance standards. Lead root cause analysis and drive resolution of defects.
Stay updated with latest QA tools, trends, and best practices. Should have experience in working on RFPQA Project Management experience is preferredExperience in leading a TCoE will be added advantage Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.10+ years in QA; 5+ years in a leadership role. Strong experience in both manual and automated testing.
Proficiency with QA tools (e.g., Selenium, JIRA, TestRail, Postman). Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
