Senior Finance and Accounting Professional Wanted

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the position of Senior Finance and Accounting Specialist.

About the Role:

  • This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Finance and Accounting Specialist, responsible for managing day-to-day finance activities including accounts payable and cash application.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, hands-on experience with SAP, and strong communication abilities.
  • A key requirement is to ensure timely completion of tasks, adherence to service level agreements (SLAs), and identification of opportunities for process improvements.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage Accounts Payable activities with high speed and accuracy, including invoice processing, vendor queries, and payment proposals.
  • Maintain accurate records and perform regular reconciliations to ensure compliance with established procedures.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to address any discrepancies or issues that may arise during the course of work.

Requirements:

  • Must have a minimum of 15 years of education and at least 2+ years of prior work experience in AP processes.
  • Able to perform multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience working with relevant Financial and Accounting processes.
  • Good understanding of client processes and willingness to learn and adapt.
