  • Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM platforms.
  • Strong understanding of SEO tools and website optimization techniques.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with sales and cross-functional teams.
  • In-depth understanding of real estate trends, terminologies, compliance, buyer behavior, and market dynamics.
  • Knowledge of real estate platforms and advertising channels.
