Software Quality Assurance Professional

We are seeking a skilled professional with a passion for ensuring software quality and delivering exceptional results.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing test plans, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving process improvements.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Test Development and Execution: Create and execute automated tests to ensure software quality, perform performance, load, and stress testing, and develop test strategies based on user stories and specifications.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work with developers, product owners, and designers to understand requirements, provide feedback, and participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Clinical Integration: Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines and ensure test environments are set up correctly.
  • Defect Management: Identify, document, and track defects, and perform root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
  • Quality Metrics and Reporting: Track key quality metrics and provide regular updates on test results and defect trends.
  • Continuous Improvement: Implement process improvements and promote best practices in software quality assurance.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience with automated testing tools (like Selenium, Cypress, Appium, Playwright).
  • A proven track record of creating and executing test plans and strategies.
  • Experience in performance, load, and stress testing.
  • Familiarity with integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines and background in defect management and root cause analysis.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (Engineering)
  • 4-7 years relevant testing experience
