Job Title

Lead Technical Support Engineer

Our organization is seeking an experienced and skilled professional to fill the role of Lead Technical Support Engineer. In this position, you will be responsible for leading a team of technical support engineers and ensuring that all customers receive high-quality technical support.

The ideal candidate will have at least 9 years of experience in software and hardware infrastructure implementation and support, as well as a strong background in engineering and technical writing.

We are looking for a candidate who is highly motivated, has excellent communication skills, and is able to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Hardware and Software Requirements: Identify hardware and software requirements related to product implementation and ensure that all necessary components are in place.
  2. Infrastructure Design: Design highly available product deployment architecture, networking architecture, storage architecture, and virtualization architecture.
  3. Network Security: Design network security as per customer requirement and implement appropriate measures to prevent unauthorized access.
  4. Maintenance and Upgrades: Use automation for deployments and system upgrades to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.
  5. Technical Reviews: Provide technical reviews of user documentation, product requirements documents, and other functional specifications.
  6. Knowledge-Sharing: Assist with knowledge-sharing initiatives and participate in design reviews of HLDs and LLDs with customers.
  7. Tech Evaluation: Evaluate new technology and recommend its adoption to improve business efficiency.
  8. Customer Communication: Create customer-requested reports and communicate with customers regarding their technical issues.
Requirements
  • B.E (IT/Computers) or MCA degree.
  • Minimum 9-11 years of experience in software and hardware infrastructure implementation and support.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment.
