Production Lead Role

We're seeking a skilled Production Lead to drive clean energy innovation and optimize production processes.

Job Responsibilities
  • Ensure high-quality output and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Prior experience in solar cell manufacturing or the chemical industry is highly preferred.
  • Initiate and implement projects to improve yield, reduce costs, and enhance production efficiency.
  • Handle engineering changes, production trials, model changes, and pilot builds effectively.
  • Possess strong mathematical, technical, and basic computer skills.
  • Develop and enforce quality control measures to ensure products meet desired standards and internal/external audit requirements.
  • Be adaptable and capable of handling multiple projects or tasks simultaneously.
  • Understand cell manufacturing procedures and contribute to developing SOPs, operating instructions, and documentation standards.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills and effectively guide or lead team members.
  • Maintain safe work practices, comply with chemical/gas safety procedures, clean room protocols, ISO standards, and environmental regulations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics/Mechanical/Chemical Engineering or related field.
  • Proven experience in production leadership roles, preferably in solar cell manufacturing or the chemical industry.
