Portfolio Leader

We are seeking an experienced Portfolio Leader to lead our Business Intelligence team and drive transformation of information and data into insights.

  • Job Description:
  • Analyze business metrics and identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance cash outcomes.
  • Create client-facing reports and metrics to drill down analysis and automation.
  • Manage reporting activities for all key business metrics.
  • Provide deep dive data analysis and insights on sub-optimal performance.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in any stream. Master's in Business Administration/Analytics/Engineering or Statistics preferred.
  • 7-10 years of experience, with 4+ years in handling reporting & analytics, and 3+ years of managing a team of reporting analysts.
  • Relevant experience in US healthcare RCM (collections) is a must.
