Lead Business Strategist

A highly skilled leader is required to spearhead the development and implementation of our Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) strategy.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate existing business processes and propose innovative solutions leveraging AI/ML techniques.
  • Translate complex business problems into analytical challenges and build effective solutions using AI/ML methods.
  • Develop and scale AI/ML initiatives through various AI/ML projects.
  • Enable data-driven decision making by presenting insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Maintain relationships with external partners to leverage their expertise and best practices.
  • Oversee AI & Analytics projects from conceptualization to implementation, monitoring progress and outcomes continuously.


Requirements:
  • Postgraduate degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, computer science, engineering, statistics, or economics.
  • A minimum of 12-15 years of experience in analytical roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence strategic thinking.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in storytelling with data.
  • Familiarity with AI / ML / Data Science / Gen AI and related technologies.
