Job Title

A seasoned engineering role responsible for providing proactive technical support to clients by identifying and resolving complex security incidents.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Configure, install, test, and operate client infrastructure
  2. Perform checks, apply monitoring tools, and respond to alerts
  3. Identify problems and errors, log incidents, and provide timely feedback
  4. Assist in analyzing, assigning, and escalating support calls
  5. Investigate third-line support calls, identify root causes, and escalate issues to vendors if necessary
  6. Provide continuous feedback to clients and update systems as prescribed
  7. Proactively identify opportunities for work optimization, including automation
  8. Coach L2 teams for advanced technical troubleshooting and behavioral skills
Knowledge and Attributes:

Required Qualifications and Certifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in IT/Computing
  • Relevant certifications depending on technology domain expertise
Experience:
  • Seasoned Managed Services experience handling complex Security Infrastructure
  • Seasoned experience required in Engineering function within a medium to large ICT organization
  • Seasoned working knowledge of ITIL processes
