Job Title: Network Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Infrastructure Specialist to join our IT team. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our network infrastructure.

About the Role:

  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and design network solutions that meet those needs.
  • You will implement and maintain LAN and wireless network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and access points.
  • You will troubleshoot network issues related to connectivity, performance, and security incidents.
  • You will monitor network performance and identify potential bottlenecks or other issues that could impact performance.
  • You will implement and maintain network security measures, including network segmentation and secure group tokens (SGT).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in network administration and Cisco networking technologies
  • Strong working knowledge of Cisco network hardware, software
  • In-depth knowledge of LAN networking technologies, including routing, switching, DNAC, SDA, BGP, etc.
  • Cisco certifications, such as CCNA or CCNP, are highly valued

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Python, YAML, Cisco ISE, Jira, Confluence
  • Experience with Ansible automation
