As a skilled Talent Sourcing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and attracting top-tier talent that aligns with the specific requirements outlined by Hiring Managers/Stakeholders.
Your primary responsibility will be to search for and engage potential candidates from various job boards, professional networks, and online platforms.
- Closely collaborate with Hiring Managers/Stakeholders to understand the specific qualifications, skills, and experience required for each open position.
- Utilize job boards and other relevant platforms to search for potential candidates, crafting and refining search queries to target them more effectively.
- Analyze candidate profiles, resumes, and online profiles to ensure alignment with job requirements.
- Conduct initial outreach to potential candidates through messaging platforms, emails, or other communication channels.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for various roles and departments.
- Screen potential candidates through phone or preliminary interviews to assess their suitability and interest.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions in the applicant tracking system.
- Collaborate with the Recruitment team to align sourcing strategies with overall talent acquisition goals.
To excel in this role, you will require:
- A Bachelor's degree
- The ability to work on multiple systems and various applications simultaneously
- IT recruitment experience
- 2-6 years of relevant work experience
- Exceptional customer service focus, including attention to producing quality results while building positive relationships
- Proficiency in productivity applications such as Google Docs, Calendar, and Gmail or other similar software
- The ability to consistently and positively contribute in a high-paced, ambiguous work environment
- Self-directed, detail-oriented problem-solving skills with a desire to contribute to the organization's reputation and success
