Job Title: Human Resources Manager

Overview

  • The primary objective of this position is to oversee and lead the recruitment process, manage employee relations, and align HR strategies to drive business performance.
  • This role involves managing the full lifecycle of recruitment, from advertising job openings to onboarding new employees.
  • Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining knowledge of trends, best practices, and regulatory changes in human resources and employment law.

Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  2. Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
  3. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
  4. Align HR interventions to drive long-term performance, including organizational design, talent, and succession.
  5. Responsible for full-cycle recruiting, hiring, and onboarding of new employees.
  6. Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, and regulatory changes in human resources and employment law.
  7. Nurture a positive working environment.
  8. Implement effective onboarding processes for new hires.
  9. Participate in HR audits and ensure compliance.
  10. Perform other duties as assigned.
