Overview
- The primary objective of this position is to oversee and lead the recruitment process, manage employee relations, and align HR strategies to drive business performance.
- This role involves managing the full lifecycle of recruitment, from advertising job openings to onboarding new employees.
- Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining knowledge of trends, best practices, and regulatory changes in human resources and employment law.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
- Align HR interventions to drive long-term performance, including organizational design, talent, and succession.
- Responsible for full-cycle recruiting, hiring, and onboarding of new employees.
- Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, and regulatory changes in human resources and employment law.
- Nurture a positive working environment.
- Implement effective onboarding processes for new hires.
- Participate in HR audits and ensure compliance.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.
