Webflow Developer Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Webflow Developer to join our team and help us create high-quality web experiences.

About the Role

The successful candidate will work closely with our marketing team to develop responsive websites that focus on conversion goals, page performance, and design. They will be responsible for creating engaging online experiences for our leads and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with designers and the marketing team to develop web pages and landing page concepts.
  • Monitor site performance and run regular audits to ensure optimal results.
  • Measure key metrics such as conversion rates, traffic, bounce rates, and more.
  • Analyze data and provide directional suggestions to the team to improve web experiences.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3 to 7 years of experience working with Webflow to develop responsive websites.
  • Expertise in web design fundamentals, including typography, color, layout, accessibility, and responsive design.
  • Experience with design tools such as Figma and proficiency in custom code with HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
  • Understanding of SEO principles, including backlinking, keyword rankings, and staying up-to-date with ever-changing trends.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and social and external platform tracking.
Qualifications
