Job Opportunity:

  • This role is responsible for supporting the delivery of strategic program agendas and managing projects across various initiatives in a cross-functional collaboration environment.
  • The successful candidate will work closely with senior stakeholders to support key strategic and governance projects, while also serving as a strategic enabler for employee-centric initiatives such as corporate social responsibility and volunteering.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Management and Governance: Ensure alignment of projects with organizational strategic objectives, report progress, risks, and benefits to leadership.
  • Clinical Trials: Conduct clinical trials in accordance with regulatory guidelines, develop trial protocols, monitor patient safety, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Stay up-to-date with applicable laws and regulations, implement compliance measures, and report any non-compliance issues to management.
  • Investor Relations: Develop investor relations strategies, manage communication with investors, and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field
  • Minimum 8 years of experience, including at least 5 years in program/project management or governance roles in financial services, consulting, or regulated environments
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Proficiency in using project tools, such as MS Project and Excel-based project trackers
