Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Mortgage Processor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding mortgage applications through the initial stages of processing.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Application Review: Thoroughly review the Uniform Residential Loan Application for accuracy and completeness.
  • Document Verification: Verify the authenticity and accuracy of income, asset, and credit documents submitted by applicants.
  • Third-Party Coordination: Proactively follow up with external vendors to obtain necessary documentation, including appraisals, Verification of Employment (VOE), title commitments, and insurance information.
  • Condition Clearing: Work diligently to clear all initial conditions on the loan file, addressing any deficiencies or outstanding requirements.
  • Checklist Completion: Ensure all items on the processing checklist are accurately completed and documented.
  • Underwriting Submission: Prepare and submit complete and organized loan files to the Underwriting department.
  • Compliance Adherence: Strictly adhere to compliance policies and guidelines throughout the processing cycle.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 2-10 years of experience in international mortgage process.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment.
  • High level of professionalism and integrity.
