Job Title: US Mortgage Specialist

We are seeking a skilled US Mortgage Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify employment history for borrowers by following all policies and procedures
  • Respond to incoming calls and e-requests timely and accurately
  • Make outbound calls as necessary

Requirements:

  • Experience in US mortgage domain preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to articulate complex issues
  • Flexible to work in night shifts and weekends
