Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all activities related to retirement benefits, including various plans and regulations.
  • Have a good understanding of middle office and back office processing for retirement accounts.
  • Ensure service delivery within agreed service levels across multiple blended processes.
  • Implement operational governance frameworks and quality review mechanisms.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of capital market line of business, especially in retirement domain.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to strategize, influence, communicate, and execute complex initiatives.
