We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Youth Coach to join our team at Roundglass Punjab Football Club. As a key member of our coaching staff, you will be responsible for developing and executing the technical operational and player development plan for our Senior Team.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the Football program stakeholders to evolve the technical development philosophy and framework.
- Teach Football technical skills, tactics, and techniques for game development at individual and team levels.
- Identify and action plan on the strengths and development areas for athletes.
- Document progress of athletes on a quarterly basis and assist other coaching team members in preparing periodic reports.
- Perform training and match session analysis of own and competitor teams.
- Assist on planning, organizing, and execution of match/competition events and travel to tournaments with the athlete squads.
- Prepare players mentally and physically before a competition.
- Collaborate with performance science and wellbeing function to implement practices that enable athletes to reach and maintain peak performance.
- Collaborate with sports operations team members to facilitate a diverse set of tasks related to logistical planning, player engagement, resource/equipment management, and general management.
- Assist in the scouting processes of Football athletes and collaborate on the continuous development of technical capabilities in the Football academy and its youth program.
- Engage with external stakeholders/sports federation/media to enable the Football program operations and promote a positive image of the Club in alignment with Company guidelines.
- Advanced specialization in Football sports coaching.
- Demonstrated experience of professional Football coaching experience in an international context.
- High degree of emotional intelligence to drive a collaborative culture that inspires passion for achieving results.
- Ability to proactively sense and resolve conflicts in a diverse multicultural setup.
- Communication skills to influence a diverse set of internal and external stakeholders.
- Leadership orientation and style that attracts, develops, and retains athletic and professional talent.
- Process orientation to manage and organize activities/schedules/tasks in a systematic manner.
- An authentic passion to engage in long-term value creation through a socio-commercial business venture in the emerging space of holistic wellbeing.
- A license football coach is a must to have.
