Cricket Coach

WDSA (West Delhi Sports Academy) is dedicated to fostering a love for cricket and developing the skills of aspiring athletes. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Cricket Coach to join our dynamic coaching team and contribute to the growth and success of our cricket program.

**Responsibilities**:
**Player Development**:Design and implement effective training programs to enhance the skills and performance of cricket players.
Provide individualized coaching to players based on their strengths, weaknesses, and potential.
Foster a positive and motivating environment to inspire players to reach their full potential.

**Team Coaching**:Lead and conduct team practices, focusing on strategy, teamwork, and game scenarios.
Develop game plans and strategies for matches, considering the strengths and weaknesses of both teams.
Provide constructive feedback to players to improve overall team performance.

**Skill Assessment**:Conduct regular assessments of players' skills and progress.
Identify areas for improvement and implement targeted drills and exercises.
Collaborate with other coaches to assess and track player development.

**Game Analysis**:Analyze match footage to evaluate player and team performance.
Provide insights and recommendations for tactical adjustments.
Keep abreast of current trends and innovations in cricket coaching.

**Player Mentoring**:Act as a mentor and role model for players, instilling values of sportsmanship, discipline, and teamwork.
Provide guidance on physical conditioning, nutrition, and mental preparation.
Assist in the personal and character development of players.

**Qualifications**:

- Level 2 or higher coaching certification from a recognized cricket coaching authority.
- Proven experience as a cricket coach at the junior or senior level.
- In-depth knowledge of cricket techniques, strategies, and rules.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate players of varying skill levels.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working with youth cricket programs.

**Salary**: ₹15,384.79 - ₹25,601.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
