Job Description

This role involves overseeing the transportation services to ensure seamless coverage. If you have a keen eye for detail and enjoy streamlining processes, this position may be an ideal fit.

  • Provide efficient transport solutions that meet client needs
  • Coordinate vehicle schedules, maintaining accurate records of departure and arrival times
  • Verify access rights for authorized personnel at designated locations
  • Establish and manage a 24/7 helpdesk for handling calls, queries, and incidents related to transportation
  • Collaborate with teams across the organization to support the transportation team at client facilities and coordinate with vendor supervisors
Daily Operations

The daily responsibilities include managing morning and evening transport operations, preparing routing plans for vehicles, and conducting physical audits of vendor vehicles. Additionally, you will issue parking stickers to employees and liaise with builders, vendors, and AMC partners.

  • Handle VIP visits, transport queries, complaints, and concerns of employees, and vendor management and invoicing
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require a Bachelor's degree in any discipline and 3-5 years of experience in transport management within a BPO setting. You should possess strong drive toward excellence, with a focus on teamwork, improvement programs, and email report writing skills. Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Word, and presentation software is also essential. Furthermore, good communication skills and adaptability are highly valued.
