Financial Leadership Opportunity

The organization seeks a seasoned Financial Controller to oversee its global financial operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review month-end activities, including journal entry review through Blackline, to ensure timely completion and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to prepare balance sheet and profit and loss analysis.
  • Conduct thorough balance sheet reconciliation of general ledgers, ensuring all necessary backups are available and well-documented.
  • Provide support to audit and tax teams as needed.
  • Drive projects to simplify financial processes and improve overall efficiency.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Identify opportunities to automate manual activities through transformation projects.
  • Develop and lead a high-performing finance team.

Requirements:

  • 6-10 years of experience in finance controllership or consolidations.
  • In-depth knowledge of accounting standards and their application.
  • Experience handling reconciliations and month-end close.
  • Transformation project experience is an asset.
  • Strong team management and stakeholder management skills are required.
