About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
  • Agile Governance Support: Ensure that Scrum teams align with governance policies and adhere to delivery standards.
  • Scrum Master Collaboration: Work closely with Scrum Masters and Product Owners to maintain backlog hygiene and sprint readiness.
  • Azure DevOps Management: Monitor work item lifecycles, maintain dashboards and reports, and ensure teams effectively utilise ADO boards and automation features.
  • Internal Asset Oversight: Track lifecycle and usage of internally developed platforms/products, collaborating with engineering, QA, and product teams to ensure assets meet governance needs.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance Agile processes through automation, tooling, or updated frameworks, conducting periodic retrospectives to recommend governance enhancements.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field.
  • Solid knowledge of Azure DevOps – boards, queries, dashboards.
  • Understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum and Kanban).
  • Strong analytical and documentation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and coordination abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Scrum Master Certification (CSM).
  • Experience with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps.
  • Exposure to enterprise governance models or PMO functions.
