Job Title:

Senior Oracle EPM Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Oracle EPM Specialist to lead our implementation and development efforts for Oracle EPM/PCM. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Oracle EPM, including experience with EPCM modules, data mappings, and validations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • EPM Module Design and Configuration:
  • Design and configure EPCM modules, including defining cost drivers, allocation rules, and reporting structures.
  • Technical Knowledge Sharing:
  • Provide in-depth technical knowledge of Oracle EPM, including its features, functionalities, and integration capabilities with other Oracle Cloud modules.
  • Data Management and Validation:
  • Manage data mappings, validations, and transformations within EPCM and integrate it with other systems.
  • Solution Alignment:
  • Ensure that the EPCM solution aligns with the organization's business processes and objectives.
  • Expert Implementation:
  • Implement Oracle PCM/EPCM from designing allocation rules, building custom rules, and allocation rulesets to fine-tuning for performance.
  • Integration with ERP GL and Other EPM Applications:
  • Work on direct integration to ERP GL and other EPM applications using Data Management.
Qualifications:
  • MBA Finance or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or IT related subject.
Required Skills:
  • 10+ years of EPM/PCM experience in administration, design, analysis, development, and support of applications.
  • Experience in PBCS Business Rules Design, Development, and Performance Tuning.
  • Experience in metadata integration with EDMCS and custom files for EPM modules.
  • Hands-on experience in configuration of rules and rulesets in PCM.
  • Hands-on experience of administrative activities related to PCM.
  • Good understanding of audit trail and balancing reports for allocations.
Preferred Skills:
  • FCCS, EPRCS, ARCS.
  • SQL, PL/SQL, Autosys Scheduling, Unix/Windows Shell Scripting.
