Governance Manager Role

Our centre is responsible for building products and platforms that focus on providing extraordinary customer experiences by putting design thinking with trailblazing technology at their core.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in collecting and publishing organisation-level metrics, supporting internal audits and ensuring robust governance aligned with the product development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Continuous Improvement Initiatives: Identify, develop and implement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and governance processes across the organisation.
  • Policy and Process Development: Create, document and maintain organisation-level policies and processes to ensure consistency, compliance and alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Metrics Management: Collect, analyse and publish organisation-level metrics to provide insights into performance, compliance and areas for improvement.
  • Compliance and Standards Adherence: Ensure adherence to TCF and TOM standards, maintaining a robust governance framework that aligns with organisational goals.
  • Internal Audit Support: Assist in conducting internal audits, providing necessary documentation, insights and recommendations to ensure compliance and process integrity.
  • Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify risks in governance processes and implement controls to mitigate them.
